Sipomer BEM (Ethoxylated Behenyl Methacrylate, CAS No. 125441-87-4) is a versatile long-chain hydrophobic methacrylate monomer designed to enhance performance in a wide range of polymer systems. Its unique ethoxylated C22 alkyl structure provides exceptional flexibility, hydrophobicity, anti-blocking, slip, and surface-modifying properties while maintaining excellent copolymerization with acrylic, methacrylic, and other functional monomers.

This monomer is supplied at a purity of 49–52% and appears as a clear to slightly hazy liquid. It is compatible with both waterborne and solvent-based systems, including emulsions, dispersions, and bulk polymerizations.
